About This Project
This 1950’s house in Glasnevin, Dublin had barely been touched since it was built. It needed a complete renovation to bring it up to modern comfortable living standards. Upgrades included Re-wiring, Re-plumbing, New double-glazed windows and doors, Insulation upgrades, Attic conversion with new roof dormer, Install downstairs WC, convert part of garage to utility room, Removal of some internal walls downstairs to open up living space, Single storey extension to back of house with Aluclad timber slider, New granite paved patio, terrace and steps with plastered blockwork planters. The driveway was also widened to accommodate two cars.
