About This Project
This 1870’s redbrick was completely renovated having been derelict for a number of years, and prior to that was divided into offices. The entire inside was stripped back and repairs were made to water damaged areas that were caused by holes in the roof. A new roof was installed as well as new electrics, underfloor heating throughout, new sliding sash windows, solar panels, and a rainwater harvesting system. The gallery shows some photos prior to the work completed.
The house was dry lined and insulated to a high spec while retaining period features. This house was brought from a derelict state, where pigeons lived in the attic to an updated and comfortable period home.
